Shipping
Every order ships free with tracking. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7-15 business days after that. Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which is how we keep prices low. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships, and you can check progress any time on the order tracking page.
Returns & refunds
30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, send us a message through our contact form within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Items that arrive damaged, defective or not as described are refunded or replaced at no cost to you, and we usually won't ask you to send them back. For change-of-mind returns, we'll give you return instructions; the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states, DC and Puerto Rico.
Will my order come in more than one package?
If you order several items, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking.
What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Send us a message through our contact form with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, with no need to return the item.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Send us a message through our contact form within 12 hours of ordering. After that your order may already be on its way to you.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

We share your name, phone number and shipping address with our fulfillment and shipping partners solely to deliver your order. We don't sell your personal information. You can ask us to delete your data at any time through our contact form. This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart; we don't use advertising cookies.
